Specialeventgames.com was formed to create a special souvenir for that
family reunion, class reunion, military reunion or any event in need of
something more personalized for the goody bag. We wanted to help fill a
void by providing a customized game for enjoyment and entertainment
that would also represent as a keepsake for years to come.

Shipping and Damages:
We ship to all locations within the United States (includes all 50 states). We
also ship to locations that are accessible via UPS Standard service.
Our shipping/handling cost is based on the packing material, the weight of the
product, the number of boxes that are packed in, the distance they may travel,
and the shipping method chosen. Shipping to Canada will require to include
brokerage fees and taxes.
We try our best to prevent damages to all our packages by carefully packing
them. Unfortunately, things happen and there may be an occasional damaged
item. If this should happen to you please make sure that you keep all the
original packing material. You have 5 working business days from when the
product was delivered to contact us via email (RMA@specialeventgames.com).
We ask that you please pack the damaged item back as you received it. You
must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to
shipping it back to us. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days. If you should
dispose of the original packing box and packing material, we will not be able to
file a claim and we will be unable to replace your item. Packages that arrive
"COD" or "Postage Due" will be refused.
Packages will be shipped back to us if the customer refuses the package or if
the address was entered wrong or incomplete.
Delivery Issues / Concerns:
Specialeventgames.com cannot be responsible for shipments after they've left
our premises. If you require a signature release for a package, please email us
at (support@specialeventgames.com) before your order ships or select option
during ordering, so we can inform the carrier. If "signature required" is not
requested for delivery. Under no circumstances can we be responsible for
packages that are left. However, you may be able to get restitution from the
carrier. Delivery time may take up to 4 - 6 weeks.
Exchange:
No Refund. We will only exchange or replace any product that is deemed
defective (which may include broken links, program errors, and program not
playing) by reason of workmanship or materials.

individual or business, without prior notification. We reserve the right to cancel
any order for any reason at anytime after an order is placed.

We elect to send promotional materials via e-mail to our existing customer

information to any third parties. Our customers will receive email notifications of
